How do I purchase an existing template?

If you see a template that you would like to purchase, click on order@lettersupport.com. State the code number and template name. You will then receive an order confirmation with a copy of the Terms of Service and a link for payment. Read the terms carefully before proceeding. A payment for the template will also be considered an acceptance of the terms stated.

What if I decide that I don't want or like the template that I have chosen. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, once a template has been sent, we cannot give a refund. However, we can certainly edit the chosen letter to your satisfaction for an additional fee. Just contact order@lettersupport.com with the details that you would like added to the template.

How does my final draft get sent to me?

You will receive a Microsoft word file with your letter, laid out in proper format.

Do I need to do anything to the letter before sending it out?

Any notes in parenthesis must be replaced per instructions.
