I) I HEREBY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE that this website is offered to me, the customer, conditioned on my acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. My use of this website constitutes my agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices. I hereby agree further that this website and the contents thereof, is provided on an “As Is” basis without Representations or Warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or of non-infringement. The forms and letter templates offered on this website are for informational purposes only and are intended to be used as a guide only. Lettersupport.com is not engaged in rendering legal or other professional advice, and our forms and templates are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney or other professional. Because some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion of implied warranties, the above exclusions may not apply to you.

II) I HEREBY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE that in no event, will Lettersupport.com or and /or its subsidiaries or affiliates be held liable to any party for the use of this website, including the use of the forms, letter templates, and any other literary works contained therein, or for any other hyperlinked websites, for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, of any lost profits, libel/slander liabilities, business interruption, imposed financial liabilities or otherwise, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. Lettersupport.com further does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the materials. Lettersupport.com may make changes to the materials, or the programs, policies or other information described in the materials, at any time without notice. Lettersupport.com makes no commitment to update the materials. The Templates contained in this website are intended to be a guide only to the User of same. Responsibility rests entirely with the User of these templates to consult with legal counsel at all times where damages may potentially arise, prior to the use any of the letter templates contained within this site.

IV) GENERAL:
Any claim relating to this Agreement or the Materials shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, exclusive of the choice of law rules thereof. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral and written agreements. No failure or delay on the part of Lettersupport.com in exercising any right or remedy hereunder or enforcing the terms and conditions of this Agreement will operate as a waiver thereof. If any part or provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unenforceable or void, then the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect. Headings are for convenience only and not for use in interpretation of this Agreement.
I agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between Lettersupport.comand me as a result of this agreement or use of this website.

V) SINGLE USER LICENSE ONLY:
I hereby understand and agree that my membership is a “Single User” only license which gives me access to and not ownership of the letter templates contained in the database. All literary works contained within this website are copyrighted and cannot be redistributed or sold without the express written permission of Lettersupport.com. I understand that giving another person access to my account is considered a breach of this User Agreement and will result in immediate termination of my account without refund.

VI) PAYMENTS & REFUNDS:
I understand and acknowledge that all payments must be made in advance and that refunds are not issued.

Templates: If I am not satisfied with a template I purchase, I may request edits for the stated additional fee, so that the final letter meets my satisfaction. If I am not satisfied with an edited letter or a customized letter, I may request additional edits. However, I understand that no more than three rounds of edits with be provided and after the third round, I must accept the letter 'As Is' and will be personally responsible for further editing letters. Lettersupport.com and its writers agree to write letters up to 350 words for the price stated. Should I request longer letters, I agree to pay an additional amount for every additional 100 words.

Edited & Custom Letters: Once the customer has submitted a custom letter request, a Lettersupport.com writer will receive the letter request, e-mail the customer for further information, if needed, write the letter, and send it to the customer for preview. Customers will have two opportunities, i.e., three e-mail exchanges with the writer to make changes. Beyond the third change, I must accept the letter 'As Is' and will be personally responsible for further editing letters. Lettersupport.com and its writers agree to write letters up to 350 words for the price stated. Should I request longer letters, I agree to pay an additional amount for every additional 100 words.

Response Time and Rush Fee: I understand that the response time for a letter request is three (3) days. Should I request that a letter be submitted sooner than that, it will be subject to an expedition fee, the amount of which will be confirmed by the writer following my request. I have the option to then proceed with my order or withdraw it.

VII) ACCEPTANCE POLICY:
I understand that writers will make only two attempts to contact me for changes or acceptance of the letter. If the writer does not hear back from me within 48 hours of the second follow-up attempt, the writer will assume that I have approved the letter, and the finished letter will be assigned to me in it's final MS Word format. I understand that no guaranties are made as to the efficacy of any document provided by Lettersupport.com as a part of its service, and no results are guaranteed. It is up to me as the User to determine which document best suits my needs and then to decide how best to employ that document.

VIII) RIGHT OF REFUSAL:
Lettersupport.com reserves the right to refuse letter writing requests from me as a customer if I should request the development of an unreasonable request; including but not limited to letters that include obscene, sexually explicit, or offensive language or subject matter; in addition to letters that require qualified knowledge of a specific subject, including but not limited to legal, medical, or scientific matters; as well as letters of another inappropriate nature. Furthermore, I understand and accept that this service is NOT designed to compose all the letters that an organization requires in order to fulfill its corporate needs, nor every personal need. The cost of that kind of service is not indicative of Lettersupport.com fees. Finally, Lettersupport.com reserves the right to refuse letterwriting requests should it be inundated with requests and timeframe is an issue. All template, editing, and customized letter privileges are an ‘accommodation,’ not the sole purpose of it and Lettersupport.com reserves the right to decline those new letter requests it deems to be in excess of this “accommodation” service.

IX) PRIVACY:
Lettersupport.com does not sell or distribute any email addresses or personal information that has been collected. Any and all information I provide will be used solely Lettersupport.com needs.

X) COPYRIGHT:
I hereby understand and agree that all images, files, letters, templates, forms, logos and literary works contained within this website are copyrighted and cannot be redistributed or sold without the expressly written permission of Lettersupport.com. Redistribution or selling of any images, logos, files, letters, templates, forms, articles, or literary works of any kind contained within this website is strictly prohibited. As a condition of my use of this website, I warrant to Lettersupport.com that I will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
